Started restoring the 1912 499cc Curry-Jap my mum bought, due to frame and front fork damage my most difficult project to date

Returned to Australia to a fill a container of veteran and vintage motorcycles which was later brought to the UK

I popped the question and became engaged to Rowena

Finished the restoration of the Curry a week before the VMCC Banbury Run. Riding the short veteran route Dad enjoyed a trouble free run a week later. Completed my 200th Pilgrim Pump overhaul and entered production of a totally new replica of the model W Pilgrim Pump which is manufactured under the trading name Pilgrim Pumps Ltd

Rowena and I got married at Peckover House in Wisbech

Rowena took part in the Pioneer Run on her 1914 Douglas. I completed the same event on dad's 1911 Premier and Richard rode my 1910 Campion. This year I have completed my 300th Pilgrim Pump overhaul
